gothic building, philadelphia by raverqueenage gothic building, philadelphia by raverqueenage
I thought this was an awesome building. I turned it black and white because I thought it looked a little more dramatic! I gave it a little more contrast, but just enough to inhance the saturation of the shadows.

I believe it's off of 21st near Market, inbetween market and chestnutt. right near the mutter Museum, on the same street. It's hard to miss. Good luck.

I don't remember the name of it, in fact I don't think I ever saw the name anywhere.

hey, thanks... I couldn't help but smile when you said where it's located... my office is 20th and Market. I was here late yesterday and the fire alarm went off. Had visions of 9/11 and shit.

I've been to the Mütter. Fascinating! What do you think?

Well it was very overloaded with people when I went, but there is some weird ass crap in there. Some things that realy creeped me out were the fetus jars. Anything that has to do with dead babies is a no no in my book. But other then that it was an experience to remember. The big drawer thing with all the stuff found in peoples bellys...wow, it's amazing what fits down the throat!

soooooo.... you're against abortion? (please say "yes".. please say "yes")

Yeah... the "drawer o' indigestion" is wild! I especially thought it was creative that they arranged everything from smallest to largest.

I have my views on abortion in this is not the place to discuss that issue thanks.

But the drawer of yummy tummy items is very awesome to me cause it's still amazes me what fits down teh throat without distroying the tissues and stuff.

ahh... well, I checked the message board and there is a Politics section (I'd imagine they'd start a Spiritualty/Religion section, too if we asked) that seems appropriate. If you ever feel like expressing your views on abortion, I'd love to hear them!
