Tilapia on bed of corn

Just a close up of my lunch from today.

*****Tilapia fillet with Corn.*****

Recipe:
[x] Saute fish in small non-stick pan with butter, chunks of garlic, and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning on fillet.

[x] Cook for 3 minutes on low/medium with lid on.

[x] Flip fillet carefully, adding some more lemon pepper and replace lid for another 3 minutes.

[x] Add some corn to the pan all around the fish fillet and turn heat to a simmer, cover, and let sizzle for a couple more minutes depending on how 'done' you want the fish.
