Just a pic of my yummy lunch from today.
Tilapia
in a freshly chopped garlic, diced red onion, and butter sauce. Sauteed with fresh veggies around the sides for 5 minutes on low simmer with lid on. Flipping fish fillet once after 2 minutes. Turn off heat after 5 minutes. Let stand for 2-3 minutes then plate and enjoy.
